Questions
Can I request a sample?
Yes. Samples are available for most product groups. We ship samples so you can see and feel the material before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment. For project and made-to-order items, delivery time is confirmed at the order stage.
What is your return policy?
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order products are excluded.
Do the colours in the photos match the real product?
Photos are taken from real products; screen settings and ambient light can cause slight tone differences. Request a sample before deciding on a colour.
Do you offer project pricing?
Yes. We offer square-metre based pricing and project support for hotel, office, education and commercial projects.
Can I visit your showroom?
Of course. See all our product groups in person at our store in New Southgate, London (4 Station Road, N11 1QD). Book an appointment through the contact page.
Do you offer installation?
Our panels are designed for easy installation with silicone or construction adhesive. Installation crew support is available for project work.
How thick are the acoustic panels?
Our acoustic panels are 9 mm thick in total: 3 mm high-density acoustic felt and a 6 mm MDF surface. The standard size is 60 × 240 cm.
